Linux System Administrator (w/m/d)

Fully remote or hybrid

For our diverse IT operations, we are looking for a Linux System Administrator (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible—someone who is passionate about serving as the point of contact for our customers and enjoys improving our tools and processes.

Your tasks & topics

  • Operation and troubleshooting of web, application, and database servers in Linux and Kubernetes environments
  • Professional logging, analysis, and resolution of incidents and service requests
  • Classification and prioritization of incoming requests and monitoring events, as well as escalation to 2nd- and 3rd-level support
  • Implementing changes and rollouts
  • Continuously improving the service desk by identifying recurring incidents (problem management) and optimizing documentation, tools, automation, and processes

What you bring to the table

  • Enjoy working as part of a team and with customers
  • Practical experience in the operation and administration of Linux systems
  • Basic knowledge of container technologies
  • German and English language skills at least at the C1 level
